This artwork is inspired by a book, investigating the stages of brain function development in babies. I replaced the words “child” and “baby” with the names of birds species on each page of the book. The human species acquired the big brain by chance during a long process of evolution. But what if a species of birds had reached today’s human’s evolutional state? Perhaps they are already on their way.
